Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon's core business objectives and enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging, relevant content tailored for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Audience Engagement: Foster relationships with our online community by replying to comments, managing direct messages, and initiating conversations across all social platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance. Utilize analytics tools to develop insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including PR, Product, and Customer Service to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and industry best practices while adapting strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote specific products, services, or initiatives orchestrated by Amazon.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content adheres to Amazon's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and message.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about social media and eager to contribute to an innovative marketing team. You will need to have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating success in growing engagement and community.
